The Design Styles Architecture team worked with our clients to create a creative and contemporary custom home built to meet all of their needs with an open-concept floorplan and spacious living areas. The home features 4 bedrooms, Sitting area around a mid century modern fireplace, office and work space, and an outdoor covered lanai with outdoor kitchen. Unique features of the home include an orange mid-century cone fireplace, exposed industrial duct-work and expansive windows with lots of natural light. The home is designed with wings on the left and right that create an inviting backyard retreat and courtyard. This space was designed with the intention of eventually incorporating a pool and patio into the courtyard space. The front facade has an inviting circle drive with a modern double entry door featuring a pop of bright orange color.
